Chief Coach for Oxford University Women's Boat Club (OUWBC)

Applications are invited for the role of Chief Coach of OUWBC.

OUWBC is seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to take full responsibility for the rowing programme of OUWBC. This will include coaching, managing the coaching support team, the ongoing development of the successful women's open weight rowing programme at the University, coordination with British Rowing and the Boat Race Company , day to day management of all rowing schedules, and working with the executive committee on the oversight of the budget and fundraising.

The role is full time, based in Wallingford and Oxford.

The successful individual is likely to have had extensive experience coaching in a high performance national or international programme and be a highly organised, proven team player able to work with the other University Coaching teams and with a track record of maintaining and developing relationships with stakeholders, sponsors and the press.
